Our Lavender Salve is not unlike our Calendula Wound Care & Skin Repair Salve as it is also used to treat minor cuts and burns, dry skin, eczema and skin rash, acne, chapped lips, reduce redness and inflammation of the skin, and ease skin discomfort. However, we’ve added the lavender for those who love the calming, healing scent. Use this salve all over and enjoy the healing benefits and the beautiful scent of lavender flower.
INGREDIENTS: BEESWAX*, CALENDULA* INFUSED JOJOBA OIL*, CALENDULA* INFUSED OLIVE OIL*, VITAMIN E OIL*, LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL*
Calendula Flower has antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It’s also used as an antiseptic. Jojoba oil contains vitamins E and B- complex to aid in skin repair and damage control.
Olive oil penetrates deep into the skin to provide a long-lasting shield of moisture that keeps skin nourished. It also contains fatty acids that replenish dry skin.
Lavender is known for its anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties that reduce inflammation, lessen pain, and cleanse the surface of skin. Lavender is antibacterial and aids in preventing and healing acne.
Vitamin E Oil moisturizes, soothes irritation, and protects from sun damage.
