Skin Tightening Salve

Bergamot is antimicrobial and antibacterial which helps reduce inflammation and breakouts.  Its also a natural astringent that helps tighten and tone skin. Jojoba oil contains vitamins E and B- complex to aid in skin repair and damage control. 

Chamomile is great for soothing irritated skin in a gentle manner.  Lavender  is known for its anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory, antinociceptive, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties that reduce inflammation, lessen pain, and cleanse the surface of skin.  Lavender is antibacterial and aids in preventing and healing acne. Avocado is a good source of vitamin E, potassium and lecithin, prevents acne with its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, and has fatty acids that help moisturize skin.

Calendula Flower has antifungal, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. Olive oil penetrates deep into the skin to provide a long-lasting shield of moisture that keeps skin nourished.  It also contains fatty acids that replenish dry skin.

Lemon Balm is known to calm and soothe skin. It contains a compound known as rosmarinic acid that appears to have antioxidant and antimicrobial properties beneficial for skin prone to dermatitis, redness and irritation. 

Tulsi is rich in antioxidants to improve skin health, reduce acne, and prevent premature aging of the skin.

Bay Leaf protects skin from free radicals that can cause cell damage, leading to premature ageing and helps to relieve stressed skin.

Dandelion encourages healthy skin cell production, promotes collagen and elastin formation, evens out skin tone, reduces and prevents fine lines and wrinkles, and stimulates circulation. 

Annatto seeds are high in antioxidant properties, as well as, tocotrienol, which help to cleanse and repair damaged skin.  Annatto is known for its anti-inflammatory properties beneficial to calm irritated skin and reduce scarring.

Vitamin E Oil moisturizes, soothes irritation, and protects from sun damage.

Frankincense Oil can strengthen skin health, even out skin tone, and add elasticity to skin. It minimizes wrinkles and fine lines and reduces the appearance of scars and blemishes.

Rosemary Oil’s antibacterial qualities assist in reducing acne and creating a barrier to prevent more breakouts.  It also soothes irritated skin, reduces inflammation, and reduces under eye circles.

Vanilla Oil is rich in antioxidants and Vitamin B which help to prevent and reverse skin damage from free radicals. It helps slow down signs of ageing like fine lines, wrinkles and age spots, and it protects the skin from environmental toxins and pollutants.

Spearmint oil contains anti-inflammatory properties helping to calm irritated and itching skin.  Its antioxidant qualities and natural polyphenols help cleanse pores, improve blood circulation, and tighten skin, which results in improved skin texture and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

Tea Tree Oil is antibacterial and antimicrobial making it great for reducing inflammation, preventing acne, and removing dark spots on skin.
